- Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping is available in selected regions, with a delivery time of 3-7 business days. Specific fees and delivery time are displayed at checkout.
3. Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number and link via email. You can also check the real-time logistics status by entering your Order ID and billing email on the “Order Tracking” page of our website.
4. Customs & Duties
- The customs clearance process for orders is assisted by our partnered logistics providers. Any duties or taxes required by local customs are the responsibility of the customer (duties and taxes are included in orders for some countries/regions, as specified in your order details).
- If an order cannot be delivered normally due to customs clearance issues, we will arrange a free re-shipment or provide a full refund for you.
